We loved our stay at beautiful La Marea Blue apartment, everything about it was just perfect. The furnishings and kitchens have everything you need and more. We never usually cook on holiday but we really enjoyed making our own breakfast and lunches in a perfect kitchen, especially when there was a dishwasher. Added bonus was the barbecue provided for use by the guests, we made use of it a few times. The pool is amazing and we really loved relaxing there. It was never busy. The other guests were respectful and friendly. Lucija and marek were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely young couple, they have thought of everything to make their place perfect. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, and a small supermarket, 30 min stroll into town, and Uber really cheap to get about. We stayed 10 nights which wasn’t long enough. We will definitely return.

Lucia’s place is truly amazing and is just like in the pictures, or perhaps even better. We stayed for 20 days, and enjoyed it all, although I was in town primarily for business. Our 7-month old baby truly enjoyed the pool. It’s also very nicely located, close to both Old Town, main businesses in town, as well as to the beach. Closest beach is, I believe, 1 minute or walk. I also enjoyed running every night, as it’s right next to a very long walking trail on the beach that takes you from one end of the peninsula to the other end, with the view of the sea the whole time. Parking was super convenient as well; you park right behind the building, instead of looking for parking in the Old Town, which is about 15 mins on foot. The hosts were also truly amazing, and great people. They made everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable, beyond any expectation, including providing help when I stepped on ‘ježeve’ (sea urchins). I don’t leave reviews often, but this place and the hosts, Lucia and Marek, deserve not 5, but 10 stars! Best apartment and best experience ever!!
